Complaining

1. You blame others for your problems.

2. You enjoy it.

3. You are working against your circumstances.

4. You don’t ask for help, not looking for a solution.

5. You’re self-absorbed.

6. You’re not  concerned about other peoples’ problems.

7. You don’t feel better after complaining and sometimes you feel worse.

Sharing a burden

1. You’re willing to show weakness.

2. You’re working within the circumstances.

3. You’re asking for help, seeking a solution.

4. You’re sensitive to others’ problems.

5. You feel relieved after sharing, unburdened, at peace.

6. You can find joy in your circumstances.
