This service is dedicated to facilitate an initial communication between churches seeking staff, and staff seeking a church for employment. This service is not a staff placement service and does not make decisions or recommendations for particular staff persons to a church. It is still the responsibility of the church to interview prospective staff persons and make their decision to hire based on the interview and direct communication process. Likewise, it is the responsibility of the staff person to decide if the requesting church is the right fit for him/her during the interview and direct communication process.
It is recommended that the church keep in close communication with their local association for assistance in seeking a new staff person.
